1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ph11j," "we," "us," or "our" refers to ph11j online gaming platform, its operators, subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized representatives.

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
• Account Ownership: Your ph11j account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account credentials with any third party.
• Username & Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility.

3. Age Restrictions & Legal Compliance

ph11j strictly enforces legal gambling age requirements in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

• Minimum Age Requirement: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. ph11j does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals below the legal gambling age.

• Minor Protection: If ph11j discovers that a minor has registered an account, the account will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and any winnings forfeited. Deposits made by minors will be returned to the payment source.

4. Deposits & Payments

ph11j currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and over-the-counter payment channels. Payment method availability may vary based on user location and account status.

4.2 Deposit Processing

• Instant Processing: GCash, PayMaya, and online bank transfers are typically processed instantly. Over-the-counter payments may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
• Minimum & Maximum Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. VIP accounts may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, standard conversion rates and fees may apply.

5. Withdrawals

Users may withdraw available funds from their ph11j account subject to the following conditions:

• Processing Times: GCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine holidays may experience delays.

• Withdrawal Fees: ph11j does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals may incur a processing fee of ₱50 PHP per transaction.

5.2 Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests require account verification. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 PHP require submission of valid identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph11j reserves the right to request additional documentation for security purposes.

5.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If your original deposit method does not support withdrawals, ph11j will assist in arranging an alternative withdrawal method after verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph11j offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance user experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph11j reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days.
• Abusive behavior toward ph11j staff or other users.
• Creation of multiple accounts or use of false identities.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.

Upon termination, any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met. Accounts terminated for fraud or violations will have all funds forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph11j and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ph11j services.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processor failures or delays.
• Damages caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other events beyond ph11j's reasonable control.

ph11j's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

ph11j reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, platform notifications, or prominent website notices at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

Your continued use of ph11j services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms & Conditions, you must cease using ph11j services and close your account.
